Play'n Go Finally Enters Canada After Acquiring Ontario Licence

Play n Go is on an expansion plan and their newest destination is Ontario Canada. They recently got a license to operate in this region, and it was granted by the respected Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

With this license, Play’n Go can now offer services in this part of the world, and they are set to go live in Canada on 4 April.

After the official launch date (4th of April 2022), players will get an opportunity to enjoy a myriad of Play’n Go’s impressive titles.

Making his remarks about the new license, Magnus Olsson, Chief Commercial Officer for Play’n Go stated,

"Regulated markets are vital not just to Play’n Go’s business strategy, but to the industry as a whole; they ensure a safe gaming environment for players, and operators can focus on providing a fun and entertaining experience that is truly sustainable".

Olsson further described Ontario as "an important province," noting that the provider was looking forward to "players there enjoying our games."

Additionally, Olsson stated that Ontario was their first leg in Play’n GO’s North American entry and planned expansion strategy that will see the provider’s games available for the very first time in several US state jurisdictions.

"With Ontario’s regulated market opening, followed by our entry into the USA, it’s set to be an exciting year for Play’n Go," noted the CCO.

Following this approval, Play’n Go becomes one of the first renowned game suppliers to enter Ontario.
